Ingredients

• 4 ½ Tbsp. Plain Salt
• 4 ½ Tbsp. Red Pepper
• 1 ½ Tbsp. White Pepper
• 1 Tbsp. All Spice
• Well washed sausage casings

Steps

1. Mix all ingredients together
2. Fill casings with meat mixture
